Hello, I’m Jacqui Caldwell, Home Manager at Ashlea Court Care Home. With over 20 years of nursing experience and more than a decade in care home management, I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and homely environment for our residents. At Ashlea Court, we believe in person-centred care—every resident is valued as an individual, with their own needs, preferences, and aspirations.
